- Nuocean.com warrants to the original consumer purchaser that, except for limitations and exclusions set forth below, its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship during the period of one year from the date of original retail purchase from Nuocean.com. If a product proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, Nuocean will, at its sole option, repair or replace the product with a similar product. Replacement Product or parts may include remanufactured or refurbished parts or components.
- Exclusions From Warranty
- This Warranty applies only to defect in factory materials and workmanship. Any condition caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or improper operation, violation of instructions furnished by Nuocean.com, destruction or alteration(i.e. "modding") , improper electrical voltages or currents, or repair or maintenance attempted by anyone other than Nuocean.com, is not a defect covered by this Warranty. Parts subject to wear and tear in normal usage are not covered by the Warranty.
